            <summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>We have identified an issue which is causing problems sending mail to, and verifying some email addresses hosted by a particular domain registrar.</p>
<p>We are working with our hosting provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible.</p>

<p>The issue has been resolved. We will continue to monitor for the remainder of today to ensure it does not return.</p>
