The Co-operative Bank Co-operative Bank sending duplicate transactions in bank feeds

We are aware of an issue with The Co-operative Bank where customers may receive duplicate transactions through their bank feed.

We have reported this issue to the bank's technical team who have acknowledged the problem lies in their systems, but have not been able to provide an estimate for a fix.

Customers should make sure to check their feed for duplicates, or alternatively download their statements in CSV format to import into Clear Books as a workaround.

We'll update this notice if and when we get an update from the bank.
